  • 1½ lb mahi mahi, fillets
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tspn ground red pepper
  • ¼ tspn garlic powder
  • ¼ tspn ground coriander
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon
  • ¼ tspn dried mint

  1. Combine all ingredients, except fish fillets, in a jar; cover and shake to mix.
  2. Place fillets in a glass baking dish; pour marinade over fish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Broil 5" to 6" from heat on a greased broiler rack, turning halfway through cooking, allowing 10 minutes for each 1" thickness of fillets.
