- 1½ lb mahi mahi, fillets
- ½ cup lime juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tspn ground red pepper
- ¼ tspn garlic powder
- ¼ tspn ground coriander
- ¼ tspn cinnamon
- ¼ tspn dried mint
- Combine all ingredients, except fish fillets, in a jar; cover
and shake to mix.
- Place fillets in a glass baking dish; pour marinade over fish.
- Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Broil 5" to 6" from heat on a greased broiler rack, turning
halfway through cooking, allowing 10 minutes for each 1" thickness
of fillets.
